The 14-day period begins on the day you receive your product. To start a return, you can contact us at info@trulyyourscosmetics.com. We will then let you know where and how to return your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that returns may take a few days to process after your package arrives back to us. The cost of the return shipment is the responsibility of the customer.
